Celtic Sea Salt® BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups organic ketchup
- 1/3 cup Coconut Crystals
- ¼ cup minced organic sweet onion
- 1 tbsp Selina Naturally® Organic Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 cloves garlic crushed and minced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Organic Smoked Applewood Seasoned Celtic Sea Salt®
- 1 tsp Organic Rosemary Seasoned Celtic Sea Salt®
- 1 tsp Organic Celery Seasoned Celtic Sea Salt®
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp cayenne
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- Blend onion, garlic and water into a puree.
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add coconut oil. When oil is warm, pour in onion puree.
- Simmer until slightly browned.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly and simmer for about 20 minutes.
