- 2 packages of Bear® Wild Sockeye Salmon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp Organic Healthy Mayonnaise
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- ¼ tsp Celtic Sea Salt® Brand Fine Ground sea salt
- Organic Celery Seasoned Celtic Sea Salt ® Blend freshly ground to taste
- Selina Naturally® Organic Peppercorns, ground to taste
- ¼ cup Selina Naturally® Organic Pecans, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Mix all ingredients except parsley and pecans.
- Just before serving, garnish with chopped parsley and pecans.
