- 1 ½ cups Xylitol
- 2 cups water
- 6 whole cloves
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 lemons (juiced)
- 5 oranges (juiced)
- 2 cups apple cider
- In a large sauce pan, boil Xylitol and water for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add all spices and let stand covered for 1 hour.
- Add all squeezed juices and cider.
- Bring to a boil and serve hot.
