Fresh Celtic Sea Salt® Salsa Verde
- 3 fresh tomatillos
- 1 poblano pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 3 green onions
- 1/4 of a Serrano pepper
- 1 teaspoon Organic Celtic Sea Salt® Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Organic Smoked Applewood Seasoned Celtic Sea Salt® Blend
- Add all ingredients in a food processor (except for the red bell pepper) or blender and blend until smooth. Dice the red bell pepper and then stir into the blended ingredients.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled with non-GMO corn chips, or Ocean Omega Flax Crackers. Best if allow to marinate in the fridge for an hour to allow the ingredients to mellow out and mingle together.
- Or as a condiment on any Mexican inspired dish.
