Fresh Celtic Sea Salt® Salsa Verde


  • 3 fresh tomatillos
  • 1 poblano pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/4 of a Serrano pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Celtic Sea Salt® Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Organic Smoked Applewood Seasoned Celtic Sea Salt® Blend



  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor (except for the red bell pepper) or blender and blend until smooth. Dice the red bell pepper and then stir into the blended ingredients.
  2. Serve at room temperature or chilled with non-GMO corn chips, or Ocean Omega Flax Crackers. Best if allow to marinate in the fridge for an hour to allow the ingredients to mellow out and mingle together.
  3. Or as a condiment on any Mexican inspired dish.
