Crazy Easy Celtic Sea Salt® Guacamole
- 1/4 red onion, sliced in 1 inch thickness
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and scooped out
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon Light Grey Celtic Sea Salt®
- Fine chop red onion then mix with lime juice, set aside.
- Score each side of the pitted avocados and scoop out into a bowl and smash with a fork. Add salt and onion with lime juice and mix together.
- Feel free to add fresh cilantro, tomatoes or jalapeños for added flavor and texture.
- Serve with non-GMO corn chips or the Ocean Omega Flax Crackers (page 28) immediately or chilled. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and cilantro.
