- 4 ripe Avocados
- 1 cup Organic maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of Celtic Sea Salt® Brand salt
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- Scoop out avocados into a food processor, pour in maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, Celtic Sea Salt® and cacao powder.
- Blend until fully combined and smooth with no lumps.
- Serve chilled or immediately with fresh strawberries.
