Our salts are harvested from pristine coastal regions—including France, Spain, Portugal, Guatemala, Mexico, and Hawaii—where local artisans hand-harvest the salt using traditional methods dating back over a thousand years. These ecosystems take up to seven years to mature, producing salt beds rich with essential minerals and free from modern pollutants and additives.
