STEPS ~

  1. Blend onion, garlic and water into a puree.
  2. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add coconut oil. When oil is warm, pour in onion puree.
  4. Simmer until slightly browned.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Mix thoroughly and simmer for about 20 minutes.


~ Makes about 2 ½ cups.
