Before returning any items, all customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call 1-800-867-7258 for instructions. Returns will not be accepted without this RMA number.
Selina Naturally® will not issue credit for any merchandise beyond 30 calendar days from the time of invoice - with the exception of our Buyer's Club Members, who are granted a 60 day return policy. Non-defective, unopened items may be returned for 100% exchange or refund. There will be a 10% Loss Fee to any customer returning an opened or used item that is considered non-defective. Opened product may be returned for 50% Selina Naturally® store credit. Returns cannot be accepted on dropshipped items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
