1 single serving tetra-pak Vita Coco Tangerine Coconut Water
1 tangerine
1 cup sparkling mineral water
2 cups cubed spring water ice or ice of your choice
Optional: For added health benefits add a tablespoon of Liquid Silica

Peel tangerine and remove seeds. Blend tangerine, coconut water, and sparkling mineral water until smooth. Gradually add ice and blend until smooth.
Yields about 3½ cups.
