This blend of Manzanilla olives is the most commonly commercially produced olive in California. Ninety-five percent of all California production of this variety is for the black ripe “table olive”. These raw kalamata olives are cured with Celtic Sea Salt ® Brand Salt - and are chemical-free gourmet olives. Our groves are unique in that we harvest this variety several times from September through January as the fruit ripens. The first picking is for a green fermented olive. As the fruit starts to turn pink to purple we harvest for our deliciously juicy “Kalamata Style”. These are hand spiced at Adam’s Ranch, using no additives or harmful dyes.
