These are raw gourmet olives cured with Celtic Sea Salt ® Brand Salt - A fabulous Mediterranean olive medley. This is a mix of whole Sivilano, a variety of enormous queen olives picked green in September & October, and Manzanilla, a variety of the most commonly produced olive in California, our groves are unique in that we harvest this variety several times from September through January as the fruit ripens. This medley has differently cured olives and is spiced the old fashioned way at Adam’s Ranch using no harmful dyes or additives.
