Although we do not often consider our skin to be similar to our heart or our lungs, the skin is actually the largest organ in our body. Improving the health of our skin aids the functioning of the entire body; at the same time, it can improve our physical appearance and self esteem. Although “beauty is only skin deep,” beautiful skin results with a deeply healthy body.
