4 Ripe Avocados
1 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
1 cup cacao powder
1 lemon juiced
2 cups sliced strawberries

Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Strawberries
Serves 4
Scoop out avocados into a food processor, pour in maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, Celtic Sea Salt, and cacao powder and blend until fully combined and smooth with no lumps.
Serve chilled or immediately with fresh strawberries.
